Pre-registration is open for licensed operators

Where cannabis commerce becomes capital.

Sea of Green turns verified retail and wholesale sales into receivable financing, funded by transparent on-chain liquidity pools.

How it works

Data in. Credit out. Repaid as product sells.

Cannabis operators are profitable on paper and short on cash in practice. Banks won't lend against the inventory, so suppliers wait and shelves go thin. Sea of Green prices credit from the one thing every licensed operator already has: a verified record of what sells.

  1. 01

    Connect sales data

Retailers and brands link the POS or ERP they already use. Sea of Green reads verified invoices and sell-through, never a spreadsheet upload.

  2. 02

    Verify and score

Every transaction is normalized and checked against licenses. Inventory is scored with the Shelf Efficiency Index so risk is priced on real performance.

  3. 03

    Factor receivables

Approved invoices are advanced on Cost+ terms: a disclosed fee over the invoice value, repaid automatically as the goods sell.

  4. 04

    Fund from liquidity pools

Verified participants supply capital to pools organized by market and product category, and are repaid from the same remittance flow.

Verified data

Underwriting that reads the register, not the pitch deck.

Sea of Green connects directly to the systems licensed operators run on. Invoices, sell-through and inventory age flow in continuously, so a credit line moves with the business instead of lagging a quarter behind it.

The model

Every SKU gets a score.

Credit is priced from three indices developed by Trees N Clouds. Together they say which inventory turns into cash, and how fast.

DRIDecay Risk Index
How quickly a product loses value on the shelf: days stocked, discounting pressure, margin squeeze and reorder likelihood.
SDIShare of Decision Influence
How much a product shapes buying behavior beyond its own sales: views, comparisons and the purchases it pulls along.
SEIShelf Efficiency Index
SDI divided by DRI. Above 1.0 is efficient, low-risk inventory; below 0.5 is capital tied up in product that isn't moving.

Questions

Before you pre-register.

Is Sea of Green live?
Not yet. We're onboarding the first licensed retailers and brands through pre-registration. Pools open once the contracts are deployed and the first participants are verified.
What is Cost+ factoring?
A business sells an approved invoice for an upfront advance. Instead of a hidden discount, the cost is a stated fee over the invoice value, set by the risk score of the underlying inventory. Repayment comes from the sale of the goods themselves.
Who can supply liquidity?
Only verified participants who meet the eligibility rules that apply where they live. We'll publish full terms, risks and eligibility requirements before any pool opens. Nothing on this site is an offer of a security.
Which systems do you integrate with?
The pilot supports the POS and ERP platforms most licensed operators already use, including Dutchie, Treez, BLAZE, Distru, LeafLink, Canix and Nabis. If yours isn't listed, tell us when you pre-register.

Be first in line when pools open.

Pre-registration takes about five minutes. You'll need your state license number and the name of your POS or ERP provider.
